People say terrible like it's a bad thing.
Okay yeah, it is, if you want to get technical. But a terrible thing can also be a wildly entertaining. That's why people rally around shitty movies. In this case, a story about Superman fending off waves of xenomorphs while getting progressively less powerful (and inexplicably more naked) is at once both terrible and awesome. And that's quite alright with me.
I won't object to reviewers who claim this book is terrible, or use an equally harsh synonym. Th

I seek out hysterically bad comic books and have found crossovers to be a ripe genre. This one is no exception; the art work and story are terrible, and it provided me with cheap laughs cover to cover.

Great Crossover story! The story starts out with scientist find what could be a piece of krypton, superman flies out there to discover it, this piece of the planet is in another galaxy with a red son, so Superman is losing his powers, to tip the odds in the zenomorphs favor! The Book was very well done, had that lovely 90s comic book art we all adore so much! Overall it was a great crossover book!

This is actually surprisingly good, despite how horrible it sounds.
Superman is entirely recognizable as Superman (unlike some of the recent stories, and the horrible, horrible Zach Snyder movie) -- inspires people, and makes moral choices. The aliens are entirely recognizable as the creatures from 'Alien' and 'Aliens'. And the story makes sense, and is a little tragic.
Not as good as 'Superman vs. Muhammad Ali' though.

What did I just read?
That was so weirdly written, and weirdly drawn, that it was funny.
Good point: all the main characters, minus Superman ofc, were girls. It's rare enough to be mentioned.

This book was great! It's what you'd expect from a mid-90's comic, but given those limitations I think Jurgens did an excellent job with the mythology mashup. And I've always loved Kevin Nowlan's artwork too, which seems right on target for this story. If you're interested at all in this book it's worth checking out.
Not a bad effort, this was never going to be easy to adapt, but enjoyable all the same.

In space no one can hear Superman scream in the comic crossover Superman vs. Aliens. When a distress probe from Argo crashes to Earth Superman goes to their rescue only to discover that the city has been decimated by a deadly alien species and that the survivors that he has sent back to Earth have been impregnated with alien spawn. It’s a strange pairing but it kind of works; the use of Argo is particularly clever. However, Superman’s anti-killing pathos comes off as incredibly naïve if not down..more
It is extremely silly but they try. They try to integrate Superman and Alien lore into each other and they don't do a bad job of it. Having the Aliens Invade Argo city is a great idea. Yet the fights are underwhelming and the whole beginning is a bunch of exposition that no one needs at all. Yet the art is extremely solid even if the action is not great. I knew what I was getting into reading this and I got just what I expected. still fun though, even if it is super cheese

While I generally like the Alien movies, I'm not a big fan of the monsters themselves, and this mini-series rather left me cold. It's not just that the story didn't do much for me (and that's not to say the story is bad, so much as to say that there aren't many variations on the Alien story you can do, and this soon falls into an all too familiar pattern), but I found the art to be very unpleasant, thanks to Kevin Nowlan's finishes (not necessarily bad, but not to my taste).

Two things that you wouldn't think would work together actually click to make a great story. Neither Superman or the Aliens are watered down or altered to fit the story. It all works.
Superman is noble and larger than life and the Aliens are still scary as hell.
One of the best inter-company comic crossovers.
Kevin Nowlan's inking makes this book. It gives Jurgens' pencils a dark, moody look that looks made for the Aliens world. Superman discovers a distress signal in Kryptonian in deep space. Superman goes there and finds a mostly empty city which the Aliens have decimated.
I read this about a month ago. I don't remember to much from it, except that it was an average read. I'm not a huge superman or aliens fan, but the story was interesting. It had a few good page turning moments but the art was average.
Superman would never curse.

This was a bit ooc sometimes but it was funny and the aliens were beautiful and the main characters were all female (expect for Superman, duh). I liked it. 3 stars.

What can I say other than I was curious? This was terrible in every way imaginable.
So, so.

Probably deserves three stars, but I have a low tolerance for superheroes, especially DC superheroes.

Modern Post-Crisis Superman(1 - 10 of 112 books)

(I went looking but could only find a 4yr old thread of Superman Vs Aliens which didn't really say much)

Naruto shippuden the hokage ppsspp cso. Location: Superman's body!

Whilst out and about in the universe, Superman comes across a planet which as he enters is overcome as it's a highly noxious upper atmosphere (sulphric acid, methane, egg-fart, lithium etc). He passes out and crashes into the ground. It's here while the man of steel recovers a face hugger latches onto the unconcious kryptonian and soon the battle begins. Supes wakes up and feels odd. There's a thing inside him!

Superman Vs Aliens 2 God War

Is the chest cavity of the Man of Steel able to resist the chestburster or does it pop out and begin making Super-Aliens?

Superman Vs Aliens Neca

(For all intents & purposes the planet is Earth-like just with a dirty, filthy, unconcious rendering upper atmosphere. It has a yellow sun and Superman is in 100% tip-top shape asides from the Alien inside him)

Since you’ve already been presented with $25 as the minimum on the previous screen, the $20 option doesn’t look that bad, even though you may have walked up to the machine thinking you’d spend $5. If you go refuse the recommended amounts, those recommended amounts are highlighted even further on the next screen, with even larger amounts presented as well. Dave and busters power card hack.
